About this position

The Purchasing Officer is responsible for analyzing and controlling materials, planning raw materials and outsourcing, and ensuring timely and accurate material delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and controlling materials.
• Raw Material and outsource planning.
• Organizing, scheduling, material following by correct time and quantity.
• Decide order quantity to be suitable.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement such as delivery lead time, MOQ, standard packaging etc.
• Good sourcing skill both of stock and non-stock.
• Work cost reduction activities with purchasing and procurement team.
• Work closely with production, planning, quality and store team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing company (Purchasing/Production Planning).
• Strong negotiation and able to work under pressure.
• Positive thinking and team work.
• Good in computer (Microsoft office) skills.
• Good Command in English.
