About this position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Operations Manager located in Riau, Indonesia. The Building Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising building operations, managing facilities, and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. This role involves coordinating and implementing building management strategies to support the organization's objectives.

Requirements

• Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
• Expertise in Building Operations and Facility Management (FM)
• Knowledge of Building Management practices
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
