Responsibilities

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging mechanical problems.
• Design mechanical systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
• Produce mechanical outline designs.
• Test and evaluate mechanical designs.
• Evaluate production mechanical overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Alter and modify mechanical design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.
