Regional Policy Manager
About this position
We are looking for a Regional Policy Manager to sustain the company's growth and expand our services. You will work at a regional level and enjoy multicultural teamwork, coordinating with many departments and stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities will be:
• Monitor the team’s volume of activity and manage key performance indicators
• Help and guide the team to meet the Service Level Agreements targets and requirements and follow the processes across the 7 countries in the region.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the team members.
• Conduct regular checks and set up regular performance evaluations
• Understand our stakeholders' needs, eligibility, and coverage and provide quality assistance service
• Provide stakeholders with quality advice and make helpful recommendations
Requirements
Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an operational role preferably in health insurance.
• Communication in English must be very fluid as there will be plenty of exchange with international colleagues and clients
• Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Customer-oriented, problem-solving, and multitasking
• You have our OEIC certification or you are ready to obtain it
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail
