About this position

To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for a Regional Payments Administrator. The role is based in our Bangkok accounting team but supporting our businesses in Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines to process health insurance claims payments daily to insured customers and medical providers.

Responsibilities

• Extract lists of insurance claims approved by our claim adjudicators from the business IT tools.
• Review claims for accuracy and consistency, for example, completeness of bank information, currencies and payment methods.
• Enter payment data into online banking tools and accounting systems.
• Ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident in written and spoken English.
• A high level of honesty and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• 0-2 years’ experience in an accounting, insurance, or similar environment.
