About this position

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion for digital solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for one of two key digital solutions, working closely with another Product Owner to ensure strategic alignment and product success.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, design, engineering) to gather and prioritize requirements for digital solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and product requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for the development team.
• Take part agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Continuously monitor and assess product performance, gathering feedback for future iterations and improvements.
• Ensure alignment between the development team and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the product, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends, new technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the digital or technology sector.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from conception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and understand user behavior.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a user-centered approach to product development.
