About this position

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in supporting marketing efforts as we expand into new countries.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
New Countries Expansion
You will contribute to the successful launch and growth of APRIL International in new markets through:
• Marketing Material Development: Collaborate with the product team and designers to create and update materials such as Marketing Brochures, Tables of Benefits, application forms, and guides.
• Communication Plan Development: Create and coordinate the execution of communication strategies, including public relations (PR) initiatives, to support market entry.
• On-Site Commercial Activities: Organise and participate in events, networking opportunities, and other local business development activities.
• Broker Integration and Training: Support the onboarding of new brokers on our platform ‘APRIL On’ by providing training and ensuring smooth collaboration. Coordinate the setup of new products with insurers and internal teams.
• Product Page Creation: Coordinate the development and publishing of product pages on the APRIL International website.
• Back Office Integration: Assist in setting up key documents and processes in internal systems, including welcome emails, invoice customisation, payment reminders, insurance certificates. Work with IT and network teams to configure provider networks and ensure documents are accessible on the member portal and the Easy Claim app.

General Marketing Support
• Contribute to the broader global marketing team’s initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an international or cross-functional environment.
• Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills.
