Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)
About this position
To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (French Speaking).
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary contact for individual members, intermediaries and corporate clients
• Provide customers within April International service level agreement with excellent service
• Answer inbound calls keeping a professional approach to any type of call and situation
• Ensure all emails are fully responded to via our client's Relationship Management system, within 48 hours
• Build and maintain strong customer relations with intermediary brokers and, agents
• Ensure customer feedback is routed and work as a team to address areas of improvement enhancing the customer experience
• Manage complaints and record keeping and escalation procedure
• Contact healthcare providers and customers regarding incomplete files
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in related field
• 0-2 years’ experience in Customer Service jobs or Insurance industry will be a plus
• New graduates are also welcome
• Excellent Proficiency in English and French language
• A passion and talent for client service and the desire to solve issues
• The ability and proactivity to adopt First Call Resolution, addressing the customer's need the first time they call
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about customer service
• A great sense of accuracy and work ethic
• Able to work independently with structure and methodology
