About this position

To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming documents/ invoices (emails and mail)
• Request missing documents from clients/providers.
• Scan documents and input data in the system in a timely manner.
• Handle reports and check the inbound and outbound information.
• Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers.
• Assist with other administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance jobs will be a plus
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail
• New graduates are also welcome.
