About this position

The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for retrieving or selling properties for clients, acting as an intermediary in negotiations, and advising clients on various market-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
• Sell the property.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Coordinate with Sales in other countries.
• Manage and develop sales team members to have operational capability.
• Track and manage the movement of sales, transfers and cost of sales as a whole in the product group.
• Strategic Planning and drives the success of the sales work of various projects.
• Follow up and maintain relationships and expand the customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree **Welcome New Graduated**
• Direct Experiences in resales/sales agent is an advantage.
• Good personality with service-minded, excellent interpersonal skills, fast learner and flexible person with good problem solving skills as well as multi tasks skill.
• Must possess excellent communication/presentation skills in Chinese, Mandarin (Speaking and writing). Request HSK Level 5 up.
• Can work 6 days/week.
