Customer Solutions Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for development and evolution of the end-to-end value proposition per segment/per vertical based on identified customers’ needs and supported by insights from marketing, resulting in market differentiated customer solutions growth through high quality customer solutions.
• Identify cross vertical value elements when building products on area level (both standard & customized).
• Support front-line sales in a customer-driven approach to identify needs and pain points to drive value proposition development.
• Work with product teams to develop solutions by providing customer insights, captured from frontline and client engagements.
• Do resource prioritization – Access customer needs against Maersk capability to develop a solution.
• Bundle products, replicate solutions and scale up existing solutions.
• Ensure the value proposition is completed and in good standard before submitted to customer.
• Develop customer use cases based on vertical insight to drive growth.
• Build a library of successful value propositions and share best practices.
• Active participation in the Solutions community, driving best practices and organizational learning across the geographies and verticals.
• Coach account owners around L&S selling.
Requirements
• Minimum 5-year experience in logistics.
