About this position
This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs as well as working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, developing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
• Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both phone and in-person, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Promote the organization's employer brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress, challenges, and successes.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Follow the organization's policies and procedures related to hiring and recruitment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with HR software.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
