Strategic Procurement Supervisor
About this position
The Strategic Procurement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic sourcing of products and services, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with procurement directives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Take overall responsibility for the company's end-to-end strategic sourcing of products and services with appropriate suppliers to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage cross-functional teams with representatives in each station to collect requirements and collaborate with Users to identify inquiry and improvement lists for defined solutions and collaborate with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guide, supervise, and monitor team members to achieve high performance.
• Ensure that team members and other stakeholders follow Procurement Directives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Procurement and Sourcing Strategy.
• Experience in Data Analysis.
