(SAL), an airport ground support equipment rental and other services, to establish AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd.(AOTGA) with an aim to provide ground equipment services at all airports under AOT’s responsibility. AOTGA was established in 2018 to provide a full suite of ground handling services to airlines. About this position

The Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President, ensuring efficient management of schedules and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP), including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external parties for support admin task.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by EVP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
