Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) has entered a joint venture agreement with SAL Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (SAL), an airport ground support equipment rental and other services, to establish AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd.(AOTGA) with an aim to provide ground equipment services at all airports under AOT’s responsibility. AOTGA was established in 2018 to provide a full suite of ground handling services to airlines. About this position

Work in close partnership with directors and managers across the organization to understand the development needs of all employees and coordinate with HR to create staff learning and development plans according to the organization's vision, mission, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a learning strategy and program aligned with the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
• Benchmark our current skills requirements, identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of risk to understand the skills needed now and in the future.
• Evaluate both internal and external instructors for efficiency and standards.
• Oversee allocated training budgets and conduct appropriate monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and maintain the proficiency of internal instructors and provide adequate technology to support training activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with HR, department directors, and division managers across the organization to create career paths for staff, including cross-functional opportunities.
• Establish an instructor network and partnerships with external providers where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Experience in special projects in Learning and Development or relevant areas.
• Ability to design and produce relevant training materials, including e-learning courses, and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
• Effective communication skills and ability to engage with employees.
• Experience in setting up a Learning Academy, Assessment Center, or similar initiatives will be an advantage.
