About this position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations to oversee the operations process across all branches in Thailand. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high operational standards while supporting the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the retail store of Aonic.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including scheduling staff, setting and achieving sales goals, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the retail store.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses, and using this data to create reports that inform decision-making.
• Collaborating with ice rink management to ensure that the retail store is aligned with the facility's overall goals and objectives.
• Conducting regular inspections of the retail store to ensure that it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail management, and using this knowledge to continuously improve the retail store's operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to retail operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in an operations leadership role, preferably within a middle to large-scale distribution or retail environment.
• Strong background in managing branch operations, logistics, inventory control, and process improvement.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of diverse functional areas including stock, maintenance, and merchandising teams.
• Knowledge of drone products and experience within the technology or electronics industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess operational performance and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
