About this position

We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic and capable sales professional to lead our efforts here in Thailand. As Business Development Executive, you will be tasked with developing and expanding our business for industrial and agriculture drones and related products across Thailand.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Include:
• Generating new business opportunities to drive sales in Thailand and regionally
• Conduct client product demos, workshops and trainings
• Plan and execute client technical projects
• Prepare and submit government tenders
• Maintaining good relationship with new and existing customer accounts
• Working alongside technical support to ensure customer satisfaction with after sales
• Conducting sales and training workshops
• Foster and influence relationships with existing and new customers, distributors, partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and win new business
• Investigate factors impacting sales performance and monitor changes in the industry to improve sales performance

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any fields
• 3 years of working experience in sales
• Have sales experience in industrial products, agriculture and/or drones a big plus
• Experience in sales B2B will be a plus
• Experience technical sales with demonstratable track record of performance
• Experience in survey, GIS, UAV or other related field a big plus
• Outgoing personality with an aggressive sales-oriented mindset
• Able to plan, lead and execute campaigns collaborating with multiple divisions and teams
• Independent, can-do attitude, able to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Highly detail-oriented, structured and good communicator
• Own a driver’s license & willing to travel across Thailand
