Senior Business Development Manager (Global E-Commerce)
About this position
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our Serpong office. You will be a key player in driving our growth in eCommerce Enablement business unit focusing on identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving exponential revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Deal Sourcing and Execution: Continuously source new business opportunities and ensure successful deal closures.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines and action plans to ensure clients are onboarded according to the expected schedule.
• Proposal Development: Evaluate, write, and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
• Client Needs Analysis: Perform thorough needs analysis of existing and potential clients to effectively meet their requirements.
• Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support and interact with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.
• Data Collection: Collect data from external sources to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Requirements
• 3+ years of business development/sales experience working in eCommerce.
• 1 year of team management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of successfully achieving revenue targets in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
