Responsibilities
• Client management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Campaign oversight: Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Upselling & Cross-channel integration: Ensuring cohesive messaging across different digital platforms for key clients.
• Performance analysis: Analyzing campaign data and providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Monitor campaigns and ensures contract compliance while always looking out for improvement points.
• Technology adoption: Staying updated on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree from reputable University
• Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in this field, preferably someone from Creative Agency who has extensive experience in managing Client.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client interactions.
• Teamwork attitude. Used to work with cross Department with strong communication skills and problem solver.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in English.
