About this position
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and providing solutions.
• Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to offer tailored advice and solutions as well as set and achieve their revenue targets through effective e-commerce strategies.
• Liaise with partner marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and others.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve the company’s revenue and profitability targets.
• Offer guidance on user experience (UX) on client’s e-commerce platforms to be more attractive such as content, layout, product images, and descriptions.
• Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce distribution and enablement.
• Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
