Business Development Manager, Mobile Marketing
About this position
The Business Development Manager, Mobile Marketing is responsible for managing the sales pipeline, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for pipeline management, sales & revenue forecasting, sales approach & strategy development and implementation.
• Establishing sales strategies & action plans to win new agencies to achieve.
• Identifying and generating potential profitable business relationships/ opportunities by studying integration of new growth areas/ trends accompany with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Coordinating requirements; developing and convincing client with support from internal/function team; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Leading and developing a strong sales team to provide the utmost level of business development & client service.
• Empowering, coaching, delegating and retaining qualified members that will contribute to unit goals and the company at large.
• Screening potential business deal by analyzing the situation, understanding client's needs and collaborate with other function teams to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
• Giving advice, motivating team and managing team priorities. Carrying out necessary planning in order to guide/supervise team's members work.
• Working together with all internal team cross department for the planning/implementation to provide solution to agency.
• Ensuring operational delivery and department's growth KPIs.
• Pitch and close the deal both for existing client and prospect for unlock new agency.
• Identify new areas of growth and upsell opportunities between client's needs and AnyMind products Offering.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree from any related background
• At least 6 years experience in digital sales advertising, and 1-2 year manage team.
• Communicative, fast learner, and good in Networking
• Strong in maintain skill and good in English proficiency
• Well update trend of digital marketing, and experience with media buying
