About this position
The Account Management Executive is responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring campaign success, and providing strategic services to enhance brand business.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the Client and make sure all the campaigns running well as objective and schedule
• Problems solver, ensure that the deadlines are met, and keep updating the project progress with the internal team and clients.
• Provide the strategy and service in order to upsell the Brand business
• Research or do a competitive review to support the proposal
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree of any background
• Candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in this field, preferably someone from Creative Agency who has extensive experience in managing Client
• Teamwork attitude. Used to work with cross Department with strong communication skills and problem solver
• Excellent in Microsoft such PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient in English
