Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the research and development team to achieve company goals.
• Research and analyze new product opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to guide innovation.
• Develop and maintain product standardization to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations.
• Design and develop new products, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Monitor and integrate fashion and design trends to create relevant and market-leading products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and engineering, to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
• Identify emerging industry trends and technologies to keep Antarestar at the cutting edge.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in R&D processes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage the R&D budget and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Design, Product Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in research and development, with demonstrated leadership or project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of product design processes, including prototyping and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with industry standardization and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and translate them into successful product innovations.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time.
• Expertise in integrating fashion, design trends, and customer insights into product development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for product design and project management.
