Front Office Intern
About this position
The Front Office Intern will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees, while providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees including handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Handling incoming calls and delivering them to the relevant department or individual.
• Delivering excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
• Managing appointments and conference room bookings.
• Assisting with mail and package handling.
• Handling and distributing incoming mail and packages.
• Preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipment as well as maintaining records of incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements
• A diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday from the office.
• Having the ability to multitask and organize.
• Understanding of basic office operations and administrative activities.
• Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of basic office operations and administrative responsibilities is essential.
