About this position

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part-Time F&B Attendant to join our team in Mai Khao, Thailand. As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong teamwork abilities and willingness to collaborate with others
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
• Food safety certification is a plus
