Financial Services Officer (Mandarin Speaking)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure database of timeshare receivables is up-to-date and accurate.
• Learn, develop and maintain expertise in Loan Servicing module of SPI timeshare computer system.
• Process monthly installments using processes provided by financial institutions.
• Follow up on any installments not received and take necessary steps for recovery.
• Enforce company policies on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with colleagues in Contract processing, sales and Club Operations regarding any issues with installment accounts.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Experience using computerized systems in accounting or finance.
• Understanding of consumer credit principles.
• Polite and tactful communication style.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
