Property Consultant (Ultra-Luxury Projects)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Understand the products and learn more about what makes Ananda's Products unique and appealing to customers.
• Provide customers with information on Ananda’s Products that match their needs.
• Track and follow up on all customer’s statuses from first contact until the transfer’s process is completed.
• Keep good relationship with customers for potential referral or new business with them in the future.
• Maintain reports and record data used in sales function (weekly, monthly, quarterly) such as conversion rate, customer status tracking, customer contact tracking, etc.
• Handling unanticipated situations with politeness and skill.
• Other job assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
• Must hold a Thai passport.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales with Real Estate’s condominium business, Luxury segment will be an advantage.
• Exceptional Thai and English language skill.
• Have a keen interest in Real Estate, especially condominium/penthouse products.
• Passionate about Sales and understand how to close deal with customers.
• Great communication skill, interpersonal skill and always keep a professional impression.
• Must be able to travel to the assigned projects.
