Technician 1, Failure Analysis Technician

Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
• Perform detailed failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor devices (ADI’s products) from internal and external customer requests that meet ADI's failure analysis cycle time and quality commitments.
• Perform daily works on the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and FA equipment and tools in aligned cycle time.
• Work closely with FA engineers in collecting and analyzing data.
• Create reports in PowerPoint, MS word, respond to e-mail inquiries when needed.
• Use the FA database system to receive and complete FA cases.
• Responsible for lab equipment calibration and PM, and stock control of consumable inventories.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• High Diploma degree in electronics/electrical engineering.
• Able to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
• Can work with chemicals with strict compliance to safety.
• Able to work night and weekend shifts when assigned, and work overtime if needed.
• Basic PC skills (MS Windows OS and MS Office) are required.
• With 1-2 years of experience in failure analysis, or relevant work experience as a production test technician or similar role in a manufacturing preferably electronics assembly and test is preferred.
• Experience using ATE testers and handlers is a plus.
