About this position

As a Talent Acquisition at Analog Devices Thailand, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, defining and executing effective search strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, research, and identify prospective talent to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding job opening requirements and providing insights.
• Define, refine, execute, and communicate search strategies tailored to specific roles and regions.
• Act as an expert in assigned regions, lines of business, functions, and technologies.
• Analyze industry, product, and geographical trends to identify talent opportunities.
• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
• Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
• Document and evaluate the recruiting and candidate interview process.
• Negotiate and/or support hiring managers in developing new hire compensation packages/offers.
• Manage tools, resources, and technologies to identify talent efficiently, with a strong emphasis on Workday.
• Develop, support, and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.
• Assist with the immigration process and administration, acting as a liaison with immigration attorneys.

Requirements

• 3 years+ of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or related recruiting role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze trends, identify talent, and develop effective search strategies.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools, resources, and technologies, especially Workday.
• Experience with employment background checks and immigration processes is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English
