Associate Designer, PCB Layout Engineering

Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
• Allegro System Capture and Concept HDL for Schematic capture.
• Hierarchy schematic structure, Netlist management, Constraint manager.
• Datasheet interpreting for electrical characteristics, Physical land pattern and Mechanical related.
• BOM management.
• Develop PCB Design 2-40 layers using Cadence PCB Editor.
• Concurrent Design.
• Signal Integrity and Power Delivery Network understanding.
• Analog and Digital mixed signals.
• Ultra Fine pitch 0.35 mm.
• Documentation for PCB assembly, schematics and fabrications using CAD software RS-274X, Gerber, ODB++.
• PCB Stack up assessment.
• PCB design related mechanical such as PCB material, Spread glass, Aspect ratio, Micro via, Cu weight, Via filling, Surface finish, Plating, Stencil, PCB fab chemical related.
• CSINK, CBORE, NC Drill file.
• Fabrication/Assembly Quotation.
• Utilizes existing tools to improve cycle time, quality and processes.
• Interaction with venders and customers.
• Helps engineers identify and resolve mechanical design issues.
• Report quality issues and take control using 8D report.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing designs.
• Helps engineers identify and resolve mechanical design issues.
• Works under general supervision.
• Regularly communicates with team and direct supervisor.
• Speaking: English 70%/Thai 30%.
• Writing: English 100%.
• CAD: Cadence Allegro 17.4.
• Windows 10, Microsoft apps.
• Office environment: Proactive, Western style, Speak up.
• Colleagues: International.
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8 hours/day.
• Work location: Amata City Chonburi.
• Willing to travel abroad for team building and meeting.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Electronics and Communication or equivalent 5+ years.
• Ability to capture schematics is a must.
• Experience in PCB Layout design of mixed signal circuits, using Cadence Allegro.
• Ability to establish.
