About this position

The Marketing Assistant Manager - Content Management is responsible for creating and managing offline and online content to support Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and enhance the company's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for offline and online business support materials (BSMs) to support Amway Business Owners (ABOs) to operate their business.
• To manage and implement offline and online communication plan for Marketing Strategy that align with company plan
• Creating communication plan and strategy to support Marketing Strategy campaigns to enhance Amway business
• Developing and managing offline and online contents by creating catchy and concise contents with creative design to publish and upload on websites.
• Responsible for internal media publishing; evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring publishing volumes and overall publishing process
• Monitoring performance of offline and online contents to develop working effectiveness in order to deliver the best result
• Developing communication plan and strategy which align with company’s goal i.e., Print to Digital project, and any projects to enhance Amway Business Owners and Members’ experience.

Requirements

• Experience in creating and managing offline and online content
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills
• Ability to analyze and monitor content performance
• Creative design skills for content creation
• Understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Ability to align communication plans with company goals
