About this position
The Mechatronics Engineer (MA) is responsible for designing and developing integrated systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and software components, as well as controlling and automating these systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other engineers.
Responsibilities
âĒ Develop systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and software components, such as automated machinery, robotics, and smart devices.
âĒ Design control systems for automated equipment using software, sensors, and actuators.
âĒ Implement control algorithms to optimize the performance and accuracy of machines and devices.
âĒ Diagnose and solve technical issues related to integrated systems, including mechanical faults, electrical malfunctions, and software errors.
âĒ Implement preventive maintenance plans for robotic and automated systems to ensure continuous functionality.
âĒ Work closely with engineers from other fields, including software, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
âĒ Document design processes, write technical reports, and maintain accurate records of modifications and results for future reference.
Requirements
âĒ A Bachelorâs degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
âĒ Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, including PV system design, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
âĒ Strong understanding of energy consumption, load analysis, and system sizing for solar power generation and EV charging.
âĒ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
âĒ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
âĒ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
