About this position

The Senior Ecommerce Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales across various e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience throughout the eCommerce journey
• Develop and implement online marketing plans to increase sales and brand visibility
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns, making adjustments as needed to maximize their effectiveness
• Bring out a strategic promotional and campaign calendar
• Oversee the ecommerce team and ensure smooth operations across various e-commerce platforms, includes updating content, setting promotions
• Deliver online sales target and initiate appropriate action plan to achieve the target
• Manage Ecommerce platform (SKU edition, pricing changes, sales order synchronization) and stock fulfilment rate with e-marketplaces
• Review and analyze sales pattern for seasonal open-to-buy planning, replenishment and repeating of orders to generate commercial insights
• Analyze daily sales data to identify areas for improvement in both business growth and customer experience
• Upload product photography and descriptions to various ecommerce platforms and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management processes
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on e-commerce sales performance
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in eCommerce operations, implementing relevant strategies to increase revenue and profit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce
• Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy
• Excellent in English communication
• Can-do attitude
