Sales Coordinator (1-Year Contract)
About this position
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team, assist in resolving issues, and ensure timely delivery of products while managing schedules and inventory.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support in preparation of sales team meetings, presentations, and organize travel arrangements, conferences
• Assist in solving delivery issues, payment issues, preparation and organizing of promotional material
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and Beauty advisors (BA) to ensure that products are delivered to ensure timely delivery and stock sufficient
• Regularly update agreements and communicate them to all concerned parties
• Liaise with BA and internal stakeholder for delivery arrangements & requirements
• Manage office supplies and facilities for division
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Develop monthly sales report
• Control and review inventory stock as of target
• Handle incoming customer's call in case of absence of salesperson
• Handle ad hoc works as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing or related field
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Have experience as a sales coordinator especially in beauty and cosmetics background are highly preferable
• Details-oriented, well-organized, and good team player with high level of dedication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
