About this position

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and trade marketing activities, while optimizing sales volume and profits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, trade marketing activities, new product launch plan, and support marketing calendar
• Work with the buyer and generate the business opportunity to optimize sales volume and profits
• Track, monitor, analyze, and evaluate in-store activation of promotion and marketing activities for efficiently control trade promotion budget and take corrective action, as needed to ensure achievement of business goal
• Propose new products listing according to marketing plan, timeline including expand coverage of existing assortments
• Monitor sales volumes, market trends, competitor analysis and provide recommendations related to 4Ps and consumer engagement
• Lead, negotiate, and optimize the trade term spending and space optimization with responsible accounts
• Manage sales forecasting, control stock levels and ensure optimum stock supply with internal logistics team
• Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out on SAP
• Manage sales order and purchase order

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business administration or other related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry with account in Modern Trade would be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of key account management in Modern Trade channel is a plus
• Proficiency in using Advanced Excel
• Ability to handle in multi tasks, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Able to work in a demanding and fast paced working environment
