About this position

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand’s products and services across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand’s products and services across various channels
• Assist in the planning and coordination of product launches, including managing timelines, promotional materials, and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage brand collaborations with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and media outlets to increase product visibility and brand awareness
• Create and manage content for online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and print media
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and activations, including pop-up events, brand collaborations, and in-store activities
• Plan and coordinate retail events, store activations, and pop-up events to create engaging consumer experiences that drive foot traffic and sales
• Work with the graphic and digital teams to develop marketing materials, including advertisements and digital content
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to optimize future initiatives
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about beauty and cosmetics.
