E-Commerce Executive
About this position
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, managing daily operations of the brand's online store, and developing marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales.
Responsibilities
• Optimization of the onsite shopping experience to increase conversion rate
• Manage daily operation for brand’s online store across all e-commerce platforms to drive improvement in conversion rates, cart value and improve customer experience
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance the online visibility of our brands
• Drive online sales through product listings, communication message design, and planning for selected online sales items to plans to deliver commercial impact that meets KPIs (traffic, conversion, site experience etc.)
• Plan and execute promotion plans as well as the materials to maximize ecommerce channels’ revenue
• Monitor and analyze consumer data on platform and performance against traffic and campaign spend goals
• Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive e-commerce growth via tactical campaigns with established eCommerce campaign ecosystem (consumer journey) such as 11.11 etc.
• Deliver monthly reporting on sales summary, history, key insights and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and future promotions and drive business KPI’s
• Manage P&L and budget to ensure business drivers stay within budget and promotional allowance goal is met
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with proven sales record in Beauty, cosmetics, or skin care
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Willing to go the extra mile to meet the customers and company need
• Sales driven and result-oriented
