Brand and Content Marketing Executive
About this position
The Brand and Content Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that engage audiences and drive business results across various channels.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a content strategy across all channels that engages our audience throughout the funnel leading to business results
• Build and manage a tactical content calendar, and proactively optimize it according to engagement metrics and best practices
• Report on the success of brand and content initiatives and analyze performance to inform future marketing initiatives
• Plan marketing strategies to create a positive brand image by analyzing consumer target
• Prepare branding activities plan in alignment with brand’s direction and budget
• Manage brand image marketing campaign under related partners with measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
• Work closely with graphic designer and performance marketing to build TikTok platform
• Measure and report on social media content performance and use data to drive future content strategies.
• Conceptualize, develop, and distribute creative and viral campaigns for TikTok
• Select the agency for outsourcing projects such as KOL
• Lead the agency with required assets and execute closely with post performance report
• Stay on top of relevant trends, prominent cultural conversations, new platforms, communities, and social media best practices
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing for digital contents or well-renowned creative agency
• Hands on experience of contents design brief, video storyboard and copywriting
• Strong understanding and passion for TikTok and trends
• Knowledgeable in social media KPIs, ideally with a track record of successfully building social media accounts & online presences
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Previous experience managing content calendars, a plus!
• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Good understanding of social channels; IG, FB, YT, TW etc.
• Result-oriented, Detail-oriented, willing to go the extra mile, and can-do attitude
• Meticulous and able to work within tight timelines
