Area Sales Supervisor / Area Sales Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Review performance outcomes, analyze business and build strategic action plan to impact sales for each location to ensure the achievement of sales and KPI expectations
• Allocate sales targets for each store, monitor, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly results to ensure sales are in line with brand, store, and divisional objectives
• Analyze new product and core business sales ensuring all opportunities are being maximized profits
• Develop and maintain the relationship with external stakeholders
• Conduct field store visit intent and handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Conduct field visit regularly and handle customer enquiries
• Design and manage the sales commission and incentive scheme to ensure the sales team is competitively and efficiently incentivized
• Accountable for P&L including expense management, discounting and loss prevention
• Handle the roster of the area and make a good allocation of the sales staff in order to maximize their ability
• Develop accurate sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Recruit, attract, and retain sales associates
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on inputs and metrics to ensure optimization of sales
• Conduct sales meetings with the entire sales team to discuss status of pipeline and work with each individual beauty advisor to improve both quality and quantity of the individual pipeline to meet budget targets
• Coach and motivate team members to hit sales target by daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven sales record in Beauty, cosmetics, or skin care
• Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and retail operations
• Willing to go the extra mile to meet the customers and company need
• Sales driven and result-oriented
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong market analysis, strategic planning, leadership and teambuilding skills
