Content Creation Coordinator
About this position
The Content Creation Coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of content creators and live hosts, overseeing content production, monitoring progress, and conducting company events.
Responsibilities
• Oversee a team of content creators and live hosts, providing guidance, support, and motivation to enhance their performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and engagement of content produced by the team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss all aspects of content production from planning to uploading performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide hands-on training in content planning, production techniques, editing tools, and best practices for uploading and optimizing content for various platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content within the beauty and makeup niche.
• Ensure live hosts are confident and competent in using all necessary tools and software to deliver high-quality live streams.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to live hosts during live streaming sessions.
• Track and evaluate the daily and monthly performance of content creators, ensuring they meet established goals and standards.
• Use analytics and performance metrics to assess the success of content and live streams, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Able to conduct Online / Offline Host Event
Requirements
• Graduate from Bachelor in media studies or a related field. Film & Video major is preferably.
• Advance in English, both oral and written
• Proven experience min. 3 years in social media & content creation management, preferably within beauty or makeup industry.
• Experience in Agency would be advantage.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in content production tools and software (mirrorless camera, studio lighting, and live streaming software Prism LIVE and OBS)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
