Join Amity Solutions as the Vice President of Solution Engineering, where your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our pre-sales efforts and ensuring that Amity Solutions remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solution engineers to deliver technical expertise and support to the sales team.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the presales process and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with client needs.
• Ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and new technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Coordinate with implementation, engineering, product management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Drive initiatives for proof-of-concepts, customer training, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within software sales or presales engineering.
• Strong background in enterprise, retail, or financial services verticals.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, NodeJS, Python, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, and mobile technologies like Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter.
• Extensive experience with RESTful, SOAP, and SDK APIs, as well as database technologies.
