About this position
Join Amity Solutions as a Senior Solutions Engineer, a leadership position responsible for mentoring the solutions engineer team and providing technical expertise to support sales and implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the solutions engineer team members.
• Provide technical expertise, solution consulting, and support to the sales team, implementation, and customers.
• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
• Assist sales representatives in understanding the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
• Create and deliver presentations, tech proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical information and answers to customer questions.
• Conduct research on new technologies and products, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure products and services are well-positioned in the market.
• Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Collaborate with customers (Enterprises and SMEs) for gathering business requirements.
• Provide technical solutions to solve client use cases.
• Perform man-day and total cost estimation for project development.
• Work closely with the sales team regarding technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers.
• Put together technical cases.
