Project Manager
About this position
The Project Manager will oversee the development of software projects for enterprise companies and coordinate across teams while partnering with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
• Work with the clients on the implementation projects of Amity products - from leading project planning sessions to coordinating and handling key stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery from requirement gathering, development phase, system integration test phase, user acceptance test phase until go-live and maintenance phase.
• Lead detailed requirement collection sessions with the project team and business analysts.
• Identify project risks, develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales team to further grow the customers usage of Amity products.
Requirements
Your ideal profile:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or a related managerial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills; Critical-thinker with attention to detail.
