We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our organization, providing strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Project Coordination: Oversee interconnected projects, ensuring they complement each other and contribute to overall goals.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess project performance using OKRs, preparing reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards through regular reviews and evaluations.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or a related managerial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
