Join Amity Solutions as a People Solutions & Strategic Specialist (HROD) to drive strategic initiatives across development, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring the workforce is engaged and equipped to excel.

Responsibilities

• This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s growth and success by driving strategic initiatives across development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Collaborating closely with the Head of People and Business Unit Heads, the position will lead the design and execution of impactful HR programs, from talent development and succession planning to performance management systems.
• By fostering a positive organizational culture and aligning HR strategies with business needs, this role ensures the company's workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to excel, contributing directly to long-term organizational effectiveness.
• Develop & implement comprehensive organization development strategies to enhance overall performance & effectiveness.
• Leading the design and implementation of HRD programs, including training and development, competency development, and career path planning.
• Create Human Resources Development Program/Method to drive employee performance development and support business requirement.
• Collaborate with leaderships to identify and address organizational needs through targeted interventions and initiatives.
