We are looking for experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations and manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing to KPI achieve. He/she reports directly to Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage operators to improve production productivity and control process wastes
• Set up and implement standard operating procedure for all operations
• Maintain and sustain DIFOTIS (Delivered In Full, On Time and In Specification) to be aligned with business objectives
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor machines down time
• Analyst root cause of operation problem and solve
• Implement, maintain and sustain all company management system ISO9001 (QMS), GMP & HACCP, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, FSSC22000 and 5S

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering of related fields
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14000/OHSAS18001
• 2 years of experiences in manufacturing environment
• Strong Leadership and good team player
• Computer literacy & English Proficiency
• Able to communicate in English
