About this position

The Operations Manager (Relocation) is responsible for leading daily operations, optimizing processes, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and coordinating supply chain activities while fostering a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation align with company objectives.
• Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the flexible packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
• Having experience in MNC company.
• Able to relocate to another country.
