Responsibilities
• End-to-end responsibility for new or assigned accounts, focusing on revenue and margin growth.
• Development of deep account penetration strategies to foster long-term growth.
• Prioritization of customer engagement to align with their evolving business needs.
• In-depth understanding of customer needs to identify key factors influencing their buying decisions.
• Evaluation of account opportunities and trends to set clear growth objectives.
• Identification and engagement with key decision-makers across the customer's enterprise to establish robust business relationships.
• Creation of mutually beneficial partnerships within the customer's organization.
• Regular business and performance reviews with customer managers and executives to ensure alignment and address any issues.
• Proficiency in forecasting, financial, and pricing model development.
• Formulation and execution of a strategic action plan to drive positive growth and meet financial targets.
• Skilled negotiation management, developing compelling value propositions for the account.
• Collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver a unified approach to key account management.
• Coordination of cross-functional team efforts through effective program management to ensure seamless information flow and action planning.
• Achievement of sales targets and objectives within the agreed timeframe.
• Commitment to customer relationship building through domestic travel and visits.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related fields is essential.
• Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and key account management, specifically within the packaging sector for FMCG clients.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English is required, indicating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of the printing and packaging industries, including familiarity.
