About this position
Responsibilities
• Support Business Development Manager to drive the seller recruitment activity including lead generation, lead qualification and outbound prospecting (cold-calling)
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, create and develop the business development opportunities with Service Provider Networks
• Create, model, and recommend creative business models where appropriate
• Develop the metrics to measure effectiveness of strategies, experiments, and business development activity
• Support team's events which are driving the result toward demand generation goal and service provider development goal (e.g. Summit, Seminar)
Requirements
• Penultimate year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Expected graduation from December 2025 onwards
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of minimum 3-months in 2025
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or customer-facing roles
• Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great team player who is also able to work independently
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and documentation skills
• Relevant experience in Onboarding, Sales, and Account Management will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrates ability to deep dive with accuracy on complex issues.
• Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual or difficult situations or problems
