The Spa Manager provides leadership and operational support to ensure the spa department meets its goals and maintains brand standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage all spa operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and develop support staff, maintaining a professional and exemplary demeanor.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and revenue generation.
• Assist with administrative duties and meetings.
• Monitor competitive spas and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze guest feedback to improve services and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement training plans and promotional materials.
• Increase sales through training and development of staff skills.
• Participate in annual business planning and support new brand developments.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading the Spa department in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Carry a valid License to Operate a Health Establishment for Spa Business, certified by Ministry of Public Health.
• Carry a valid Certificate of Registration as a Health Service Provider in a Health Establishment.
